Except for orifices, all parts and accessories returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a refund or exchange when returned in new unused condition.
See below for details. Must be in original packaging and
suitable for resale. For safety reasons, orifices
are not returnable.
We do not refund outbound shipping cost unless there was a mistake on our end. We do not pay for return shipping. If there was a mistake on our end we will have the parts picked up. We do not charge restocking fees. |
| Ordered wrong parts? If you ordered the wrong parts for your grill and they don't fit, don't worry. As long as they are in new, saleable condition, you can simply return them.

| Parts don't fit? Did we say the parts would fit your model? Parts ordered from the model page for your specific grill brand and model, or a page that indicates specifically that the part fits your grill model, are guaranteed to fit. If you ordered parts from any other part of our site, please see "Ordered wrong parts?" above. If you don't know your grill brand and model number, please see "Ordered wrong parts?" above. | Don't want the parts? No problem. As long as they are in new, saleable condition, and in original packaging, you can simply return them. We'll credit your account less our original outbound shipping cost. |
| When returning
parts, please pack well! If not properly packed, parts can be damaged in shipping. Please use original packing materials when possible. If they come back broken, no refund will be given. This does happen. |

Email is the best way to contact us for problems with your order. Our customer service folks (mostly family and extended family) frequently work emails afterhours and on weekends. Be sure to include your order#. We also welcome your telephone calls. During the busy spring and summer grilling season, we cannot always answer the telephone immediately. If we do not answer, please leave a detailed message, including order# and telephone number where you can be reached. We WILL return your call. |
