Return Policy
| All parts and accessories returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a refund or exchange when returned in new unused condition. We do not refund shipping cost unless there was a problem or mistake on our end. |
| To return items,enclose a copy of your receipt with the returned goods and indicate the reason for the return. We will credit your account, including shipping charges if we are at fault. Ship to the address below. |
| Regarding the shipping cost on returned items, we have what we believe is a simple and fair policy: If we are at fault, we pay the shipping cost; if you are at fault, you pay the shipping cost. This means that, if you order the wrong part and then return it, we will credit your account for the amount of the part less the actual shipping charges we incurred when we shipped it to you. |
